本案為花藝工作室的空間設計案。經由設計師的巧妙構思將屋齡46年以上的老屋進行重整，保留部分既有建物外觀的同時，也有導入現代、新穎的材質與設計美學，讓新、舊的元素完美交融於空間。此次新工作室的設計概念，業主希望能延續舊工作室的舒緩氛圍及雨水回收系統的建置，並且須以「花」作為連結，進而體現「友善」、「愛」與「美」，令每一位踏進店裡的人們都能享有片刻平靜的美好時光。
全室的擘劃以北歐侘寂風（Japandi style）作為空間主調，採用柔和色系的礦物塗料鏝抹於室，搭配木作傢俱做妝點，展現如同油畫般的空間畫面。跳脫傳統的隔間設計，設計師汲取「花卉」的柔軟意象，以自然的弧形曲線打造室內的部分牆體，並結合內嵌式展示台設計，呈現如花卉枝葉交錯的景象，同時也為空間創造了流動感。此外，設計師特地減少燈具的配置，而是巧妙運用天井、落地窗、玻璃磚等設計元素，提升室內環境的採光度，不僅能營造通透敞亮的視覺效果，還能賦予空間溫度和獨有的藝術韻味。
該案有使用環保的礦物塗料，其具備自淨能力，不易沾染污漬，可長時間維持整潔度，又能減少業主清潔打理的頻率。不僅如此，其塗料還具有無毒、零甲醛、調節空氣濕度等特性，能為置身於空間中的人們帶來健康、舒適的活動環境。另外，本次新工作室的規劃有延續建置雨水回收系統，能提供平日廁所沖洗、植栽澆灌等雜用水之應用，從而實現永續發展的目標。
This project involves the spatial design of a floral art studio. The designer has come up with some ingenious ideas to revamp a 46-year-old residence while retaining some of its original charm. Modern materials and design aesthetics have been incorporated to blend the old and new elements seamlessly. The owner's request was to create a design concept for the new studio that continues the relaxing atmosphere and rainwater recycling system of the old one. The aim was to create an environment of "friendliness," "love," and "beauty" by using "flowers" as a link. This way, anyone who enters the store can enjoy a moment of tranquility and beauty.
As you step into the room, you'll immediately notice the Japandi-style design. The soft-colored mineral paint used on the walls and wooden furniture creates a beautiful oil-painting-like appearance that's both inviting and calming. Upon closer inspection, you'll notice the natural curves on the walls, which seem to mimic the softness of flowers. The built-in display counter not only adds to the room's aesthetic appeal but also creates a natural flow of space. The designer has been meticulous in their use of lighting fixtures, skillfully incorporating design elements such as patios, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass tiles to enhance the interior environment's lighting. This allows for a transparent and open visual effect that adds warmth and a unique artistic flavor to the space. Overall, the room has a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere that feels like a sanctuary from the outside world.
The designer of this project has expertly incorporated eco-friendly mineral paint into the space. This type of paint is not only self-cleaning, but it's also incredibly durable and resistant to stains. By using this paint, homeowners can reduce the frequency of cleaning and maintenance required. The mineral paint also has some great health benefits. It is non-toxic, contains zero formaldehyde, and it can regulate the air humidity, creating a healthier and more comfortable environment for those who use the space. In addition to the mineral paint, the new studio's design includes a highly efficient rainwater recycling system. The system recycles rainwater to be used for toilet flushing, watering plants, and other miscellaneous applications.
